Full Membership

Qualified or accredited investors who want to participate in IC's community and events and hold this status either six months for one full calendar year (depending on your selection below)
Experienced individuals with or without prior investing experience looking to diversify their investment portfolio, provide advice and coaching to companies, or get involved in a company
If you are a Full IC Member, your significant other and another immediate family member may also attend IC meetings and other IC activities with Full IC membership privileges

Associate IC Membership – $800

One year IC Associate Membership for one of the following general member profiles (this is not the same as a Full IC Membership)
For start-up companies, early professionals, future investors, and anyone looking to learn more about the impact investment community and/or angel investing while getting a chance to network in the IC community without having current qualified or accredited investor status - Investment in deals that require qualified or accredited investor status is not permitted unless that status is hoeld by the Assocaite IC Member
For qualified or accredited investor members of other angel groups or other impact-focused groups (examples include ASBN or SVN) that charge more than $1,500 per year for membership (proof of such other group membership is required) - significantly discounted IC Member for full members of other groups that want to join our community in 2025
For Alumni (past Investors Circle members) that would like to continue to participate in the IC community still while not actively investing today and still have access to company collateral information, portfolio updates and other benefits of Associate IC Membership

Can be subsidized through donations of time by performing due diligence, research, and other tasks that advance Investors Circle
